Pierce Flooring and Design center, a Montana based company, is currently hiring a Cabinet Sales & Design professional to join our team!! There is a $42,000 minimum guarantee and our top performers earn in the $80,000 to $100,000 range. This is an excellent income opportunity for the right individual. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in buying process
• Return calls promptly
• Arrive at appointments with customers on time
• Create a “Needs Analysis” form for all customers
• Create clear and precise work orders for every job
• Take accurate measurements
• Follow up with our customers to ensure all their questions are answered
• Attend regular company sponsored training sessions on selling strategies
• Coordinate with installers or scheduler
• Manage sample check outs
• Work with manager to set a sales goals: Work to meet this goal through client retention
• Obtain necessary information to create accurate and timely estimates for clients
• Create documents for customer presentations

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
• Ability to communicate effectively with others
• Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems
• Great customer service skills
• Able to multi task
• Ability to read and understand a tape measure
• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge is a plus
